Vale Grill

“There is no love sincerer than the love of food.” – George Bernard Shaw – A famous and perfectly apt quote. Great food is there to be enjoyed; it should not be complicated or over fussy. The classic recipes served at the Vale Grill are quite simple: it is the freshness and quality of the ingredients combined with the inventiveness of the chefs that make the difference. Many tables in the Vale Grill afford views over our Lake Course, and when weather permits, guests can take advantage of our terrace and dine ‘al fresco’.

Sunday Lunch

Enjoy a traditional Sunday Carvery in the relaxed and informal surroundings of the Vale Grill. You can enjoy a one, two or three course lunch with choice of traditional Sunday roasts with a selection of local fresh vegetables plus a vegetarian option will be available. Bringing the little ones? Under 3’s eat free.

Salamanza Champagne Bar

Aptly named after a 12 bottle capacity champagne bottle, this is a chic, almost cosmopolitan bar which offers an extensive selection of some of the very best champagnes; all available by the glass and served by attentive staff trained to prepare drinks and mix the finest cocktails.

The décor is an eclectic mix of style and detail with a hint of the elegant thirties – A grand piano, modern art works, soft seating, glass panelling and subtle lighting are reflected in the mirrored bar.

Vale Bar

Spacious and sporty is the aim for our relaxing Vale Bar. Be it a quick coffee and a chat after a session in the gym or a light lunch with friends, this is the ideal place to meet for a catch up and to grab a bite to eat.

With widescreen TV’s showing the latest sporting events and a varied healthy menu, the comfortable, casual surroundings of the Vale Bar also provides a welcome eatery for families with children visiting the Vale Resort.

Golf Clubhouse

Friendly, welcoming and informal is the order of the day in the Golf Clubhouse. A large modern and bright lounge area provides the perfect setting to talk over that “missed putt” or 300 yard drive on the course.

Here you’ll find wholesome home cooked food, plus a great selection of beers and wines which provide a casual dining experience well above par.

A wide screen TV is always available for you to keep in touch with the progress of the current golf tournament or sporting events. In the summer, an extensive patio area outside provides seating for over 150 golfers, where you can relax in the sunshine overlooking the beautiful, tranquil setting and discuss the day’s play.
