Premium Rooms
Rooms located in the main building, with areas larger than 25m² . These units have a bathroom with shower and all rooms have either a private balcony or terrace, approximately 12m² , overlooking the house’s gardens.
Rooms 1, 2 and 3 have direct access to the house’s gardens via a private terrace, while rooms 18 and 19, on the 1st floor, have a private balcony.
Junior Suites
Three bedrooms located in the main building in the former living rooms of the house. They have areas exceeding 30m² , offering guests all the comfort they seek, as well as a space with a side table perfect for working, reading, or having tea.
Rooms #20, 21 and 22 are located in the Manor House, in the former Ballroom and Library of the house, with total areas exceeding 30m2 , offering guests all the comfort and space they need for a comfortable stay.

Very common in the Serra da Arrábida, known for its amazing biodiversity and varied vegetation, the Juniper (Juniperus communis) is one of the native species of the region.
The berries have a characteristic aroma and are used in cooking and in the production of alcoholic beverages, such as gin. They are harvested and used to flavor dishes and drinks, and are also used as a condiment in some regional recipes.
Zimbral serves Portuguese cuisine with a focus on fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced products. We follow the farm-to-table concept, using ingredients from our own garden whenever possible.
